Dealer program
We manufacture every staircase we sell. That means when you buy from Stairs Pro you are buying at the source — no importer, no distributor, no margin stacked on top of margin.
Dealers get wholesale pricing, our full range of steel and wood systems, shop drawings and renderings on every order, and production lead times you can quote against with confidence. White-label supply is available if you sell under your own name.
Your client sees your brand. We just build it properly.
Why sell ours
A clickable PDF you fill in on screen. Type in the client details, the dimensions, and tick the tread, finish and railing upgrades — then email it straight to us and it goes into processing. Every order arrives complete, so your client specifications stay in one place instead of scattered across emails. Print it and the reverse is a grid field for measuring up on site. Nobody else in this industry hands you one.
Every component is cut, welded and finished in our own Vaughan facility, and installed by our own crews across Canada. You deal with the manufacturer, not a middleman, which means one contact, one price and one company answerable for the result. Nothing is subcontracted out where it can go quiet on you.
Architectural shop drawings and three realistic 3D renderings come with every order at no charge, so nothing is cut until your client approves it. You can put a rendering in front of them at the specification stage and close the job on the spot, instead of asking them to picture a staircase from a line drawing.
About one week for design and drawings, then two to three weeks in production. Because every stage belongs to us we can give you a date and hold it, which matters when the staircase is the thing holding up drywall, flooring and painters behind it. Timelines you can build a schedule on.
Laser-cut high-grade steel with smooth rectified corners, seamlessly welded on the inside of the stringer, and no visible bolts anywhere on the finished stair. The lowest vibration on the market, which means fewer callbacks for you a year after handover, when a lesser staircase starts to flex and creak underfoot.
Premium Canadian materials throughout, from the cold-rolled steel to the hardwood treads and the stone. Timber is sourced from Canadian mills in white oak, red oak, walnut and other premium species. Nothing is imported, so supply stays predictable and you are never explaining a shipping delay to your client.
Who we work with
Different businesses need different things from a manufacturer. Here is what we offer each.
We support you through the design phase so the staircase is documented, engineered and buildable before it goes out to tender.
We help you deliver the look you sold. Treads, finishes and steel colours matched to your scheme, with visuals your client can sign off on.
Factory-direct pricing and a production window you can actually schedule around, from one accountable manufacturer instead of a chain of subtrades.
Volume capacity built for subdivision work, including our closed-riser wood line running at up to 300 homes per month.
